How they compare
Odin is a strong, well-established platform built primarily for UK and European syndicates. Its published structures are a UK bare trust, a nominee arrangement that is light, tax-transparent and popular with UK angels, and since April 2026 an institutional Delaware LP for cross-border deals. It supports GBP, EUR, USD and USDC. Rocketbook overlaps on Delaware SPVs, same-day setup and sterling and euro funding. The difference is reach into Africa and the Gulf: naira, cedi, shillings, rand and dirhams are rails Odin does not publish, and they are the reason sponsors choose us over an otherwise very capable European platform.
